Roll Sheet Transport Pallet

WCM Sheet Metal Transport Pallet was developed for collecting heavy sheet metal coils on a single transport platform in metal processing facilities. Metal profile base, triangular reinforcement elements and V-shaped support bearing creates a structure suitable for placing the roll with its axis horizontal.

The transport bed, arranged according to the outer diameter of the roll, helps keep the load in a certain position on the pallet. Fastening ears on the body allow the roll to be fixed with tension straps of appropriate capacity. Protective contact elements can be added to support areas depending on surface sensitivity.

Forklift fork inlets on the front and side surfaces are designed for transfers between the warehouse and the production department. The stacking design of empty pallets supports the orderly storage of out-of-use platforms. The metal body for reuse can be used in roll storage and shipment preparation processes.

Special Production Options
Pallet dimensions, V bed angle, support spacing and carrier profile sections can be determined according to the characteristics of the roll. Attachment points, protective surfaces, fork entry openings and paint color are adapted specifically to the project. Carrying capacity is planned based on roll weight, center of gravity and working conditions.
