Steel Pallet with Profile Table

WCM Profile Table Steel Pallet was developed for collecting materials on a single platform in factory and warehouse areas. Welded steel frame, spaced upper profiles and lower supports creates a transport structure that can be adapted to different packaging and part sizes.

The upper table, consisting of parallel profiles, allows the load to be placed on designated support points. Profile spacing can be arranged according to the base dimensions of the product to be transported. The raised body prevents the products from coming into direct contact with the ground, while the lower frame supports the pallet to sit on the ground.

Openings on the sides of the hull create space for access of transport equipment. Forklift and pallet truck compatibility is designed according to the equipment's fork dimensions and operating style. Steel pallet design for reuse can be used in production line feeding, intermediate stock creation and shipment preparation processes.

Special Production Options
Pallet width, length and height can be determined according to the needs of your business. Upper profile sections, carrier spacing, foot arrangement and subframe structure are adapted specifically to the project. Production can be made with different paint colors, surface coatings and load fixing points upon request. Carrying capacity is planned based on total load weight and load distribution.
