WCM Marble Slab Transport Pallet, designed for storing marble, granite and natural stone slabs in an upright position and transporting them within the facility, offers an orderly layout with support pillars and load lashing points. It can be specially produced according to plate dimensions, quantity and total weight.
WCM Marble Slab Transport Pallet was developed for collecting large size slabs on a single platform in natural stone processing facilities. Metal profile base, lower carriers and reinforced uprights creates a support arrangement suitable for the vertical placement of the plates.
The contact areas on the base are designed to support the lower edges of the stone plates. Direct contact of the stone with the metal body can be reduced by using suitable protective wedges and intermediate materials. Fastening points integrated into the pallet allow the plates to be fixed with tension straps of suitable capacity.
Fork entry openings on the front and side surfaces can be arranged for transfers between the warehouse and production area by forklift. The stacking design of empty pallets supports the orderly storage of out-of-use platforms. Load placement and fixing arrangement are determined according to the dimensions and center of gravity of the stone slabs.
Special Production Options
Pallet width, length, upright height and support spacing can be adapted according to the project. Special contact surfaces, protective coatings and bonding details can be added for marble, granite and different natural stone slabs. The carrying capacity is planned based on the total plate weight and usage conditions. Galvanized or painted production options can be considered upon request.
