Designed for storing four barrels on the same platform and transporting them within the business, WCM Four Barrel Metal Pallet provides orderly layout with its grilled top table and circular barrel slots. It can be specially produced according to barrel diameter, total load weight and carrying equipment.
WCM Four-Barrel Metal Pallet is developed for storing barreled products and preparing them for shipment. Four separate layout areas help collect barrels in specific locations. Circular limiters around the base and low side frame support the positioning of the load on the pallet.
The grated upper surface creates the carrying area where the barrels will be placed and facilitates access to the lower section. Metal profile body and base supports are designed according to the weight and distribution of the load. The yellow body color makes the pallet easy to spot in warehouse and production environments.
Forklift fork entries on the front and side surfaces can be arranged for transport access from different directions. Placing empty pallets on top of each other helps to store pallets that are not in use regularly. Additional load securing points can be added according to shipping needs.
Special Production Options
Pallet dimensions, diameter of barrel slots, grill structure and height of the edge frame can be adapted according to the project. The carrying capacity is determined based on the total weight of the filled drums and operating conditions. Production can be made with different colors, surface coatings and binding details upon request.
