Designed for storing heavy injection molds, transferring them to the production area and preparing them for shipment, WCM Injection Mold Transport Pallet offers a special transportation platform for the mold with its supported metal body and connection areas. It can be specially produced according to mold dimensions, weight and fixing needs.
WCM Injection Mold Transport Pallet has been developed for the regular positioning of molds in plastic injection facilities and molding shops. Wide top table, lower carriers and triangular reinforcement elements creates a body that can be designed according to the base dimensions and load distribution of the mould.
Perforated connection strips on the upper surface allow the arrangement of fixing points suitable for the placement of the mould. Lashing ears help the load maintain its position during transportation with tension straps of appropriate capacity. Support plates and special connection details can be added depending on the mold base.
The entrance openings in the lower section are planned according to the fork dimensions of the forklift to be used. The design, which can be used in transfers between the mold warehouse, maintenance area and production department, offers a metal pallet solution for reuse. Placing empty pallets on top of each other helps keep pallet stock organized.
Special Production Options
Pallet width, length, height, top plate thickness and reinforcement arrangement can be adapted to the mould. Connection holes, strap fixing points, support surfaces and paint color are determined specifically for the project. Carrying capacity is planned based on mold weight, center of gravity and transportation conditions of the enterprise.
