Product Description
WCM Concrete Block Transport Pallet was developed for the heavy load transportation needs of building material manufacturers and stockyards. Profile frame, upper carriers and lower supports allows concrete products to be placed sequentially and collected on a single platform.

Intermittent upper carriers can be arranged according to the base dimensions of the blocks. The elevated body supports the preparation of the cargo for shipment with appropriate strapping and corner protectors while separating the products from the ground. Fork entry openings on the sides of the pallet are designed for forklift loading and intra-business transfer.

The metal pallet structure for reuse can be used in processes ranging from the production outlet to the stock area and the shipping department. Placing empty pallets on top of each other helps keep pallet stock organized.

Special Production Options
Pallet width, length, height and carrier profile spacing can be adapted to the dimensions of concrete blocks, curbs or paving stones. Profile sections and support arrangement are determined according to the target carrying capacity and load distribution. Galvanized coating or different surface protection options for open field use can be applied upon request.
