Designed for storing and transporting cable reels within the facility, WCM Cable Reel Transport Pallet allows two reels to be positioned on the same platform with its shaft-supported metal body. It can be produced in special sizes according to the reel diameter, width and weight.
WCM Cable Reel Transport Pallet has been developed for the orderly placement of reel products in cable production facilities and electrical material warehouses. The metal profile base and triangular supported carriers form a structure for supporting the reels over their central shafts.
The double roller design in the image allows two cable reels to be collected on the same pallet at separate support points. Pin connections at the shaft ends help hold the shaft in place. Roller placement and fixing details are designed according to the dimensions of the product to be transported.
Forklift fork entry pockets on the base support the transfer of the load within the business. The orange body color makes the pallet easy to spot in the warehouse environment. The ability to place empty pallets on top of each other helps ensure regular storage of transport platforms that are not in use.
Special Production Options
WCM cable reel pallets can be produced in single, double or different layouts according to project needs. Pallet dimensions, shaft diameter, support height, distance between rollers and fork entry openings are specially determined. The carrying capacity is planned based on the total reel weight and load distribution. Different colors and surface coatings can be applied upon request.
