WCM Axle Transport Pallet, designed for storing vehicle axle and differential groups, transferring them to the production line and preparing them for shipment, helps the parts to be positioned regularly with its V-shaped support bearings. It can be specially produced according to axle dimensions, number of parts and load weight.
WCM Axle Transport Pallet was developed for transporting axle groups on a single platform in automotive production and sub-industry facilities. The metal profile body and the support bearings placed according to the part support the production and warehouse layout by ensuring the axles are positioned separately from each other.
V-shaped bearings create contact areas suitable for the placement of cylindrical axle bodies. Protective contact elements, which can be selected according to the part surface and usage conditions, help reduce the direct contact of the metal part with the pallet body. Loads can be secured before shipment with suitable lashing straps.
Fork entry openings on the body can be designed for in-house transfer by forklift. Corner posts and stacking layout support orderly storage of empty pallets. If there is a need for loaded stacking, the design and capacity are determined separately for this use.

Pallet dimensions, location of support bearings, protective contact materials, belt connections and surface color are adapted to the project. Carrying capacity is planned based on total part weight and load distribution.
