Generator Transport Pallet

WCM Generator Transport Pallet was developed to organize the transport processes of heavy and bulky equipment. Metal profile frame, side cross supports and upper carriers creates a structure that can be designed according to the base dimensions of the generator and the center of gravity of the load.

The connection areas in the upper section can be arranged for fixing the equipment to the pallet. Tie-down points help the load maintain its position during transportation with tension straps of appropriate capacity. Support blocks and mounting holes can be added according to the connection legs of the equipment.

Fork entry pockets on the body are designed for forklift transportation. Pocket dimensions and spacing are determined according to the characteristics of the forklift to be used. The ability to place empty pallets on top of each other supports keeping the pallet stock organized before and after shipment.

Special Production Options
WCM heavy duty metal pallets can be specially produced for generators, compressors, engines and different industrial equipment. Pallet dimensions, profile sections, cross supports, connection points and surface coating are selected according to project needs. Carrying capacity is determined based on equipment weight, center of gravity and transport conditions.
