Designed for the storage of long and bulky products and in-house transfer processes, WCM Long Type Metal Pallet offers a wide settlement area with its longitudinally profiled top surface. It can be produced in special sizes according to product dimensions, load distribution and usage needs.
WCM Long Type Metal Pallet has been developed for the regular placement of materials that do not fit into standard pallet sizes. Rectangular metal frame, longitudinal carrier profiles and intermediate support legs helps to collect long products on a single platform.
The profiled top creates a bearing surface to support the load along its length. The elevated pedestal structure prevents the products from coming into direct contact with the ground. Support spacing for metal profiles, pipes, panels and long packaged parts can be adapted according to the structure of the product.
The design, which can be used in storage, production line feeding and shipment preparation, is designed according to the material flow of the business. Handling equipment access and load securing details can be arranged according to the forklift or other transfer systems to be used.
Special Production Options
Pallet length, width and height can be determined according to demand. The cross-section and spacing of the upper carriers, the number of legs, support positions and surface coating are adapted specifically to the project. Side supports and tie-down points can be added as needed. Carrying capacity is planned based on the total load weight and the distribution of the load on the pallet.
