The open fire chamber located under the high chimney hood and the grill arrangement that can be positioned at different levels allow you to adjust the distance of the cooking surface to the embers. The retractable ash collection chamber at the front provides access for cleaning after use.
The sink and worktop on the right side combine preparation and washing operations. The bar counter rising on the left can be used as a service and short-term seating area.
