WCM LongSteel Galvanized Steel Profile Transport Pallet is an industrial transport system designed to facilitate the transportation, stacking and storage processes required by the iron and steel industry for long and bulky materials.
The main body of the product has a reinforced chassis structure consisting of longitudinally placed steel profiles and intermediate support crossmembers. This construction supports the orderly placement of long metal materials and the balanced distribution of the load on the carrying platform.
Vertical steel transport poles positioned on both sides of the pallet help keep long materials such as profiles and pipes within the transport area. Thanks to its open top design, it becomes easier to load and unload metal products of different cross-sections using a crane or suitable lifting equipment.
The galvanized metal surface provides protection against corrosion in outdoor conditions, offering the advantage of being used in open stock areas, iron and steel warehouses and industrial production facilities.
Forklift entrance spaces under the chassis allow pallets to be transported with appropriate forklift equipment. The lifting connection points located in the upper section can be designed for crane transportation applications in line with engineering calculations and appropriate lifting equipment.
