Green Heavy Duty Steel Pipe Transport and Stacking Pallet

WCM PipeStack 4M Steel Pipe Transport and Stacking Pallet is an industrial transportation system developed to ensure the controlled transportation of heavy and long steel pipes in production facilities, storage areas and logistics operations.

Thanks to its reinforced steel profile chassis and vertical support columns, it creates a carrying area suitable for the regular positioning of large diameter metal pipes. Wooden support wedges and fixing straps used to reduce the risk of movement caused by the round geometry of the pipes help keep the loads balanced on the pallet.

The double-layer stackable construction enables more efficient use of vertical storage capacity in factory and warehouse areas. Stacking connection points and reinforced corner columns allow pallets to be positioned on top of each other under loading conditions determined by appropriate engineering calculations.

Forklift entry channels located on the lower carrier chassis of the pallet make it easier to transport heavy pipe bundles between production areas and load them onto shipping vehicles.

The green industrial paint coating gives a professional appearance to the metal construction and helps protect against corrosion with proper surface preparation and coating system.
