Designed for storing, transporting and preparing for shipment of boxed and packaged products, WCM Grilled Metal Pallet offers a tidy loading area with its open profile top surface. It can be produced in special dimensions, surface coating and carrying capacity according to the usage conditions of your business.
The open grilled top surface allows air circulation under the pallet. While the free-standing body structure creates clearance for transportation equipment to access, stacking empty pallets on top of each other supports the warehouse layout. Forklift and pallet truck compatibility is planned during the production phase according to the dimensions of the equipment to be used.
Metal pallet design for reuse can be evaluated in different processes, from in-house product transfer to shipment preparation. Boxes can be brought together on the pallet using appropriate strapping and packaging methods.
Special Production Options
Pallet width, length and height can be determined according to the dimensions of the product to be transported and the target load capacity. Profile section, upper surface intervals, foot arrangement and surface coating are designed in accordance with the usage environment. Galvanized coating or painted production options in different colors can be considered upon request.
