6M – Galvanized Aluminum Solar Profile Transport and Stacking Pallet

WCM Solar Stack 6M Galvanized Solar Profile Transport Pallet is a heavy-duty industrial transport system developed to facilitate the production, storage and shipment processes of long aluminum extrusion profiles used in the solar energy industry.

Reinforced galvanized steel chassis helps stabilize long solar mounting profiles. Vertical carrier columns and intermediate supports are designed to keep the profile bundles organized on the pallet.

The double-deck stackable construction contributes to the efficient use of vertical space in warehouses and production facilities. The ability to position pallets on top of each other provides more regular stock management and space saving under appropriate load and stacking conditions.

The protective intermediate wedges and fixing straps used on the product help reduce the movement of aluminum profiles during transportation and protect their surfaces. This feature is especially important for solar mounting profiles with anodized and special surface treatments.

The lower carrier chassis with forklift entrances facilitates the intra-factory transfer and shipment preparation of long profile bundles. Galvanized metal surface offers a solution to provide resistance against corrosion with suitable coating properties.
