Cold Storage Aluminum Pallet

WCM Cold Storage Aluminum Pallet helps collect crates on a single transport platform in aquaculture businesses and cold storages. Aluminum profile body, rectangular frame and spaced top plate is designed to be used in the production, storage and shipment processes of crated products.

Profile gaps on the upper surface allow air circulation and evacuation of water resulting from melting ice. The elevated body prevents direct contact of the cases with the ground while supporting the load to be held together with appropriate strapping methods.

Entry openings on the sides of the pallet create space for access of transport equipment. Forklift and pallet truck compatibility is designed according to the equipment used in the business. Placing empty pallets on top of each other helps keep the pallet stock in the warehouse organized.

Special Production Options
Pallet dimensions, top profile spacing, body height and carrier sections can be determined according to usage needs. Aluminum alloy, connection details and surface treatments of models to be used in cold and humid environments is selected according to operating temperature, cleaning methods and environmental conditions. Target load capacity is planned based on case layout and load distribution.
