6 Meters Double Deck Aluminum Profile Transport and Stacking Pallet

WCM Alu Stack 6 Meter Double-Deck Aluminum Profile Transport Pallet is a professional industrial transport system developed for the regular management of long aluminum extrusion profiles during production, storage and shipment processes.

The double-layer stacking structure of the product allows long aluminum profiles to be arranged in separate transport units and stored on top of each other under appropriate load conditions. Thus, it is aimed to use factory and warehouse areas more efficiently.

The olive green colored reinforced steel construction is supported by vertical load-bearing columns and corner fasteners. This structure helps to position long profile bundles regularly.

The transport system developed for 6 meter long aluminum profiles is designed especially for use in aluminum extrusion factories, window and door profile manufacturers, facade systems manufacturers and metal processing facilities.

Forklift entry channels located at the bottom of the pallet facilitate in-factory transfer operations with appropriate lifting equipment. The support points and separating elements used on the transportation platform can be arranged to reduce the contact of aluminum profiles with each other.

Thanks to the stackable metal pallet structure, storage planning of empty and full transport units can be facilitated. Modular construction can be customized according to different profile cross-sections and loading needs.
