In the WCM Group production approach, metal processing steps such as laser cutting, bending, welding and shaping are evaluated according to the geometry and material of the product. Parts that require molds and designs that combine different materials are also detailed.
From part to whole
Part dimensions, junction points and assembly order are discussed together with the approved technical design. When choosing the production method, not only the appearance of a single piece, but also the use and maintenance needs of the completed product are taken into account.
Material type, drawing, quantity and usage conditions form the basis of technical evaluation. Product-specific tolerance and quality requirements are clarified with the project scope.
