The WCM open fire barbecue kitchen combines a height-adjustable grill with a flat cooking plate and sink on the same countertop. It offers a strong industrial look in gardens and terraces with its open design without chimney, wide metal panels and corten-looking body.
The wheel and chain mechanism allows adjusting the distance of the grill surface to the embers. High back and side panels surrounding the cooking area define the chamber. The flat cooking plate on the right creates an alternative cooking surface for vegetables, meat and other foods.
The sink in the left section and the surrounding worktop keep preparation and washing operations close to the cooking area. Large open firewood compartments at either end of the unit provide neat and accessible fuel storage. Two drawers in the central body provide access to the lower chambers.
With its linear layout and different cooking surfaces, it can be designed for open areas of villa gardens, country houses, chalets and restaurants. Grill width, cooking plate size, sink position, countertop length and wood compartments can be adapted according to usage needs.
